OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
The ICIL manufacturing unit is situated in Chennai, the industrial hub of South India. Spread over a massive 3.5 acres, with a production area of 50000 sq.ft, it's the largest of its kind in Asia, and truly comparable to some of the best manufacturing units in the world.
Wehave built an excellent infrastructure for precision engineering, automated manufacturing & controlled testing. Our integrated manufacturing facility is equipped with:
Injection molding Machines:
We have an array of Injection molding machines of various tonnages rangining from 150 to 250 tonnes, for manufacturing quality plastic parts. We also have an in-house tool room and mold maintenance team, to ensure consistency and precision in the manufacture and design of these parts.
Coil winding machines:
Our facility is equipped with a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic coil winding machines, capable of winding wires ranging from 0.02 mm to 2 mm. The range includes Multi-spindle, CNC controlled machines and Multifilar winding machines capable of very high productivity levels.
Transformer assembly:
We have a fully integrated transformer manufacturing facility which includes auto winding, auto core welding, auto soldering stations and vacuum impregnation plants. Our facility can manufacture both laminated and ferrite core transformers, and has been producing every year several million, high-qulality transformer units.
PCB assemblies:
Our state-of-the-art PCB assembly plant is equipped with the best-in-class technology, which includes chip shooters, auto sequencers, auto insertion machines, wave soldering stations and computerized in circuit and functional testers.
Box build-up and testing:
Our multi-skilled workforce has demonstrated an outstanding track record in quality box build-up and testing, achieving high-volume production in extremely short time-frames.
